Norwegian Battle

A mammoth pot emerged on one table as Martin A Hansen and Steffen Torgesen showed no hesitation in getting it all in with Big Slick versus pocket tens respectively. Of course, you have to win your coin-flips to stand a chance, and, on this occasion, it was Hansen who had his coin buttered the right side as the flop came a decisive Th-4c-5c.

As one player pointed out, Hansen still had hope with a cheeky backdoor flush, not to mention a possible straight, but no such event occurred as a clinical 5h hit the turn to mmm bop Hansen out of the comp.

Torgesen now on around 35,000.
