Michael Gerstendorf has been eliminated in a hand which saw very lengthy decisions alternate with snap ones. Daniel Ferreira raised in mid position to 6,200 (blinds 1,400/2,800). HisFer LHS neighbour Kevin Branco Nunes then went fully into the tank, counting down his own stacks one at a time rather laboriously while shooting sidelong glances at Ferreira. Finally he called.
Over to button Gerstendorf, who fairly quickly announced all-in and pushed forward what looked to be about 45k. Ferreira, cool as a cucumber, quietly re-raised all-in. Over to Nunes who gave it a bit less of a dwell this time before getting out of the way of Ferreira's A♥ A♦. Gerstendorf was given a slight glimpse of an outdraw with the K-Q-Q flop, but no more Kings came and he handed over his stack to Ferreira, who's now on over 225k.
